What is Roof Renovation & Coating System?
The Roof Guard roof renovation & coating system is installed by professional fitters who are based locally in order to efficiently deal with your needs.
The roof Guard process is made up of 3 key stages:
Cleanse & Inspection
- The Roof Guard team of fitters arrive at your property at a time which is convenient to you.
- They carry out an extensive risk assessment.
- The team then place protective coverings around your home to protect delicate areas from water damage, they will also cap your down pipes to prevent any blockages.
- The Team of fitters then pressure wash clean the roof which removes moss, debris and lichen which is necessary to ensure the anti-fungicidal wash and waterproofing is absorbed fully.
Prepare The Roof:
- The Roof undergoes a thorough inspection to find any problem areas which need to be corrected. This is all done with NO ADDED COST.
- The cracked or damage tiles are replaced as necessary.
- The team then point and cement ho[s, ridges and verges wherever they are needed to make the roof 100% secure.
Application:
- The fitters then apply the Anti-fungicidal wash to the whole of the roof which stops the moss growing.
- The Roof Guard waterproofing system is then applied over two coats with airless spray guns and applied by hand around delicate areas such as Velux, dormer windows and gutters to minimise over-spray onto your property.
- The team then remove all tools, covers and give your property a though clean to ensure the property is left in a clean condition.
At this stage you have not paid for the product and only pay when you are 100% happy with the job
