Step 1

STAGE ONE

The Team Of Professional Fitters are cleaning the roof using the high pressure system, removing all lichen, dirt and moss.

STAGE TWO

The whole roof has now been thoroughly cleaned and is then inspected for damaged or cracked tiles. The team then re-point and cement hips, replace any tiles that are damaged. The roof is then coated with our anti-fungicidal spray which stops the moss from growing back.

The whole roof now has two coats of Roof Guard’s water sealant applied, this is available in five colours.

STAGE FOUR

The roof is now checked by our team of fitters, they will then clean the surrounding areas, clean the windows where necessary and remove all moss and dirt.
