STAGE ONE - Cleaning Stage

• All the roof tiles are thoroughly cleaned with a high pressure washer using a turbo nozzle lance, removing all traces of moss, algae, lichen & pollutants.

• All gutters are then cleaned inside and out to remove all traces of silt & moss build up.

• Great care & attention is taken to ensure that your home is left clean, with as little disturbance as possible. Extra attention is given to window's, fascia's, soffit's & gutter's.

STAGE TWO - Repair & Restoration

• The team of professional fitter's then inspect for damage to the roof & identify all cracked or damaged tiles.

• All loose or perished ridges, crests etc. are re-bedded.

• Any damage to mortar verges is re-sealed.

• All broken or cracked roof tiles are replaced using same or similar profile.

STAGE THREE - Fungicidal Wash

• A fungicidal wash is then applied to impregnate the now cleaned surfaces to eliminate any underlying active infestation of moss & lichen spores.

• This will stop any future re-growth for years to come, this stage is key to allow the finished coating to be applied evenly.

STAGE FOUR - Roof Coating Application

• The first coat of Roof Guards waterproofing sealant is then applied to the roof tiles, penetrating deep into the weathered tiles, creating a solid base for the second coat.

• The second coat seal's the tiles & forms a water-tight barrier, stopping any moss re-growth.

• The team then apply our "grey" coating to all lead-work & exposed verges, protecting all lead-work & exposed concrete.
